I got me a mini transformer
It's more than meets the eye
When it's a car, black red patroller
Saleen mustang police spy

I keep it on my desk in the corner
Rims gleaming ready to pounce
It's a newer bad-guy transformer
Pure muscle car ounce for ounce

But when I transform my transformer
Turning its joints popping its thighs
Pure malice lingers in the corner
Of its evil glowing robot eyes

Once when I transformed my transformer
And its devilish grin peeked out from the hood
The fire alarm began to holler
Sirens wailed; in the cold we stood

The next day they put me in a cubicle
Of another building on site
My work was on a critical path
While most people stayed home that night

The next time I transformed my transformer
Twas during an engine test
Nozzles were found smoked and charred over
And I was called to help analyze the mess

I got me an evil transformer
With some dark magic it's messing
It's no good for my employer
But for me it's been a blessing

The day comes forth but not willingly
Thoughts swim in murky depths
Another forgotten sun ascends
Auburn leaves scream to the deaf
No tenor accompanies the bubbling creek
A single tear streams across her cheek

Round deep alleys and cobbled streets
Beneath the moon's silvery glare
The night's cool air devours the heat
And dewey darkness fills the air

Rarely a fleeting glimpse is caught
Of the shadowy spirit bourne of dreams
The hidden figure that haunts our thoughts
Lurking just beside us but never seen

During the day our numbers rule
We rationalize with zeros and ones
And every day we play the fool
Until our logical mind is done

She entrances us with thoughts of slumber
Hypnosis is the only cure
Illusions of reality are ripped asunder
Through slipping hours she ascends once more

I wasn't abducted, but invited
My hosts were sincerely delighted
That a Homo sapiens was visiting their crew

As we chatted on, quite toasted
I muttered then boasted
There wasn't just one gender but two

"Her dimensions are a bit strange
And appear in every range
Her fashion changes thrice a year

"A bit less logical
Yet more methodical
A woman you cannot engineer

"Behind every decision
Lies her intuition
That trumps all confusion and doubt

"Cosmetics and curlers
And all types of hair twirlers
Are things she cannot live without

"She blooms like a flower
Then basks in her power
To bring forth the miracle of life

"She might be the mother
Who raised you and your brother
Your daughter, your sister, your wife"

The liquor kept flowing
By the food gently glowing
As we suppered from overflowing plates

Initially dumbfounded
My hosts then propounded
Upon mankind's insufferable fate

Enemy of the State

Mr. Shashvat Prakash, You are hereby summoned
By the Committee for the Regulatory Authority of the President
To face charges of sedition and treachery

Mr. Shashvat Prakash, You have acted against
The collective will of the People
In direct violation of section 1008-B

You have waged an ideological battle against State proponents
You will understand the charge if you follow the reason
Those you deem 'FOB' rule our society
Criticizing them is tantamount to treason

They run our institutions, and propel the markets
Few can stand up to their clout
From business to academe they provide the leadership
That our nation would be worthless without

The judicator has suspended habeas corpus
Appeals have been unconditionally revoked
You no longer have a right to an attorney
And you cannot claim that you were provoked

When you speak against society no rights protect you
A wartime State is ruled by the Throne
You have disputed jingoistic ideology
This tribunal will see that you stand alone
